Phoebe has experience in commercial litigation and related investigations involving corporate insolvency and fraud.
She has acted on disputes involving claims of professional negligence against bankers, brokers and valuers, as well as claims for breach of trust and fiduciary duty against trustees and company directors, and third party recipients of misappropriated assets.
Phoebe joined Lipman Karas in 2016. She commenced her career in New Zealand with Minter Ellison Rudd Watts before returning to Hong Kong.
